My journey began with overcoming my own struggles with self-doubt and learning how to build meaningful relationships, including 30 years of marriage to my best friend and biggest supporter. Through my work, I help women cultivate unshakable confidence and align their personal and professional lives so they can show up fully and live their truth.

For the past 20 years, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment, learning what it means to live authentically and with unshakable confidence. Alongside my best friend and husband of 30 years, I’ve realized the power of building deep, meaningful relationships, which has become a core part of who I am and how I show up for others.
Like many women, I used to struggle with self-doubt, constantly seeking validation outside of myself. But through my own transformation, I discovered that true confidence starts within. This is the foundation of Confidently Aligned—a space I’ve created to help women embrace their worth, align their lives, and show up as their most authentic selves.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in self-doubt, insecurity, and searching for validation from others. It’s why I’m passionate about guiding women to break free from these limitations and step into their power.
